Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Prebake piecrust for 8 minutes.
Step 3: Take it out, poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
Step 4: Put it back in oven for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Take it out.
Step 6: Lower the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 7: Blend the cheeses, butter and cream with eggs in blender (they forced through sieve)
Step 8: Season to taste and stir in the chives and green onion tops.(I would add to blender at end)
Step 9: Pour into the pastry shell and set in upper third of preheated oven.
Step 10: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until quiche has puffed
