  • 1 can (15 ounces creamed corn
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 cup anaheim chili peppers,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 32 ounces light cream ,(4 cups)
  • 1 cup poblano peppers,roasted ,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter

  • Step 2: Add onions and Anaheim peppers.

  • Step 3: Cook until translucent

  • Step 4: Add smashed garlic

  • Step 5: Add herbs and spices

  • Step 6: Add corn

  • Step 7: Add water, (can be stock)and canned corn

  • Step 8: Simmer 5 minutes

  • Step 9: Bringing to a boil

  • Step 10: Add cream dont boil just simmer until warm

  • Step 11: Bowl up top with poblanos

  • Step 12: Add cream and simmer
