  • 2 jars (30 ounces) beets,(15 ounces each)
  • 3/8 cups salt
  • 48 ounces apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the beet juice with the vinegar ,salt, sugar until boiling and salt dissolves

  • Step 2: Add enough red food coloring to color right

  • Step 3: Let cool

  • Step 4: Put eggs and beets in a gallon jar

  • Step 5: Pour over mixture

  • Step 6: Refrigerate at least 2 days before eating shake once a day
