  • 1 can chili with beans (I used Hormel Turkey chili)
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • Step 1: Fry the potatoes & onions in 2 tsps olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
