Step 1: Heat oil in a pot on medium-low
Step 2: Add dried peppercorn.
Step 3: Stir a few minutes until the peppercorns are fragrant
Step 4: Before the peppercorn burns, use a straining spoon to remove from oil
Step 5: Add beef and ginger to hot oil
Step 6: Brown
Step 7: Add garlic and shallots
Step 8: Saute a minute
Step 9: Add to crockpot with everything else but garnish
Step 10: Simmer on low for 6 hours until beef is tender
Step 11: Cook spaghetti separately
Step 12: Drain
Step 13: And add some to bowl then add soup on top
Step 14: Garnish
