Step 2: Put all together in ziploc bag and let marinate at least 2 hours
Step 3: Cream:
Step 4: Mix egg yolks 1 cup milk sugar and vanilla with a wire whisk
Step 5: Heat remaining 3 cups milk until hot
Step 6: Temper eggs
Step 7: Add hot milk SLOWLY into the custard beating with whisk (electric mixer handy here)
Step 8: Let cool
Step 9: Add peaches mixture
Step 10: Fold in whipped cream
Step 11: Put in the freezer
