Step 1: Add all dry ingredients and oil to a large zip top bag and mix well by mooshing (yes I said mooshing) it together with your hands from the outside of the bag. Add chicken to bag and moosh into all the chicken pieces until well coated.
Step 2: Let chicken marinate in bag in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
Step 3: Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 380°F. Add chicken to air fryer and use “air fry” setting at 380° F for 30 minutes, turning chicken halfway through. Internal temperature of chicken should be at least 165°F.
Step 4: *If oven baking, preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil (or you'll be sorry). Place a cooling rack on top of foil-lined sheet pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 5: Place chicken pieces on cooling rack and bake for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy.
