  • Pie crust:
  • 1 1⁄2 cups flour
  • 1 tablesspoon cornstarch
  • 1⁄4 cup butter
  • 1⁄4 cup shortening
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon butter flavoring
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 ounce sour cream,(3 tablespoons )
  • 1 teaspoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pie crust:

  • Step 2: Cut the butter and shortening into flour. and cornstarch

  • Step 3: Mix.

  • Step 4: Add salt sour cream and flavoring

  • Step 5: Pat into pie pan

  • Step 6: Filling:

  • Step 7: Arrange peaches over bottom of crust.

  • Step 8: Beat egg yolks and flavoring into sugar.

  • Step 9: Add flour into sour cream and add to sugar mixture.

  • Step 10: Pour mixture over peaches.

  • Step 11: Cover with foil

  • Step 12: Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

  • Step 13: Uncover bake 15 minutes more.

  • Step 14: Bake until tests done.
