Step 1: Thaw lima beans in microwave for 3 minutes
Step 2: Melt butter in saucepan
Step 3: Stir in flour and blend well.
Step 4: Add milk, about 1/2 cup at a time, and blend with whisk.
Step 5: Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Step 6: Add in more milk if you like a thinner sauce
Step 7: Stir in sugar, salt and pepper
Step 8: Add in warmed lima beans
