  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 ounces pimiento, chopped (1 jar)
  • 6 ounces mushrooms (1 can)
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, (new york)(1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 6 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups white cream sauce
  • Topping
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Step 2: Drain the canned vegetables.

  • Step 3: Mix with tomato soup, chili sauce, veggies, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning & cheese.

  • Step 4: Spray pam in 9x13 casserole.

  • Step 5: Put some in the bottom of casserole dish.

  • Step 6: Then a layer of white sauce.

  • Step 7: Then a layer of hardboiled eggs.

  • Step 8: Repeat.

  • Step 9: Top with breadcrumbs then butter.

  • Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees until hot and bubbly.
