How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat the eggs and cream

  • Step 2: Season to taste

  • Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

  • Step 4: Mix

  • Step 5: Have oven warm

  • Step 6: Make 1 omelet at a time by

  • Step 7: Melting 1 tablespoon butter in skillet

  • Step 8: And cook until done

  • Step 9: Roll Omelettes

  • Step 10: Then roll in cheese or sprinkle all over outside

  • Step 11: Place on cookie sheet in oven

  • Step 12: Repeat

  • Step 13: Letting cheese melt

  • Step 14: On plate have some milanese red sauce on bottom and plate Omelettes on top
