  • 1 package (3 ounce ) instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shortening,melted
  • 1 cup water
  • Topping:
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup powdered sugar ,sifted
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix the cake mix and pudding mix together with a whisk

  • Step 3: Add eggs and cooled shortening

  • Step 4: Drain the crushed pineapple into a measuring cup and add enough water to make 1 cup

  • Step 5: Pour into cake and mix

  • Step 6: Spray pam into tube cake pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until done

  • Step 7: Topping pour drained pineapple over cake

  • Step 8: Mix with electric mixer

  • Step 9: Powdered sugar and enough canned milk to make a runny glaze

  • Step 10: Pour over pineapple
