Step 1: Heat butter; add onions.

Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Add milk and allow to thicken.
Step 6: Toast bread, and butter.
Step 7: Lay eggs on top of toast; lightly season.
Step 8: Pour gravy over the top.
