Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 ounces white bread, (2 slices)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1/16 teapoon salt
  • 1/16 teadpoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place 2 tablespoons Olive Oil in a large non-stick frying pan and turn heat to medium low when oil is hot

  • Step 2: Add bread (i would flip bread so evenly coated here)and cook until slightly brown. Turn bread over and cook to slightly brown.

  • Step 3: Remove from pan and set aside on the plate you will serve the sandwich.

  • Step 4: Add eggs to a small bowl with a pinch each of Salt & Pepper and Milk.

  • Step 5: Beat eggs with a fork until completely mixed

  • Step 6: Add remaining Olive Oil and Butter to pan and turn heat to medium.

  • Step 7: When the pan is heated and the butter starts to sizzle, add the eggs to pan and let cook while stirring for about 15 seconds.

  • Step 8: Turn heat to low and let the eggs cook without stirring for 45 seconds.

  • Step 9: Flip the eggs over and let cook for 60 seconds on low heat.

  • Step 10: Turn heat off.

  • Step 11: Place the cooked eggs on one piece of bread.

  • Step 12: Sprinkle a little salt & pepper over eggs. Top with second slice of bread and serve.
