Step 1: Heat oil in stockpot
Step 2: Add onion fry until translucent
Step 3: Add garlic
Step 4: Add tomato paste
Step 5: Dont burn
Step 6: Add wine
Step 7: Stir
Step 8: Add tomatoes
Step 9: Rinse out both cans of tomatoes and put into the pot
Step 10: Add seasonings
Step 11: When the sauce comes to a light boil add sausage
Step 12: Turn down to a low simmer
Step 13: And cook for 4 hours
Step 14: Adding water as needed stirring alot so doesnt burn at end
Step 15: Last hour partially cover
Step 16: Last 20 minutes boil spaghetti in heavily salted water and drain
Step 17: Serve over cooked spaghetti
