Step 1: Grind the almonds in a blender or food processor.
Step 2: Combine the almonds and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Remove from the heat.
Step 4: Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 5: Beat the almond milk mixture gradually(temper by add a small amount of hot liquid into the eggs)into the eggs.
Step 6: Turn into top part of double boiler.
Step 7: Cook over hot, not boiling water, until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 8: Serve over cake or stewed fruit
