Step 1: Beat eggs in a heavy saucepan until thick.

Step 3: Add milk and whipping cream.
Step 4: Mix well.
Step 5: Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low.
Step 6: Continue cooking and stirring until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
Step 7: Let cool.
Step 8: Stir in peaches and pour into freezer can of a 1-gallon ice cream freezer.
Step 9: Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 10: Makes 1 gallon.
