Step 1: Steam shrimp until done
Step 2: Approximately 5 minutes or until pink.
Step 3: Saute onions in melted butter until tender.
Step 4: Stir in flour, curry powder, salt, sugar and ginger.
Step 5: Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
Step 6: Gradually combine bouillon and milk with onion and spice mixture, stirring until thickened.
Step 7: Add cooked shrimp and lemon juice, cooking only enough to heat through.
Step 8: Serve over rice.
