  • 2 1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 4 ounces white bread, (4 slices), soaked in milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced
  • 4 eggs,hardboiled, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese,grated, (1/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • Sauce:
  • 1 can (15 ounce)diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix meatloaf ingredients well.

  • Step 2: Shape into a loaf and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan

  • Step 3: And add 3/4 cup water to pan.

  • Step 4: Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. While the meatloaf bakes

  • Step 5: Make the sauce.

  • Step 6: Cook down tomatoes with the salt, pepper and sugar for 10 minutes.

  • Step 7: Spread over the top of meatloaf.

  • Step 8: Bake 40 minutes more.
