Step 1: To make the crepes combine all the ingredients (flour - oil), mixing until smooth and then allow it to sit for 1 hour before proceeding.
Step 2: Heat a small frying pan and add a bit of oil in the pan. Pour in enough batter to cover the pan with a very thin layer, tilting pan so the it spreads evenly on the bottom of pan. When cooked on one side, toss or turn using a spatula and cook other side. Repeat until batter is used up. Stack crepes between sheets of waxed paper until ready to fill.
