Step 3: Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Combine chicken, raisins, olives in a bowl
Step 5: Mix well.
Step 6: Warm tortillas in microwave 30 seconds, until pliable
Step 7: Dip tortillas in beaten egg.
Step 8: Place about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture in center of each tortilla.
Step 9: Roll up and fasten with toothpick.
Step 10: Deep Fry flautas for 3 minutes.
Step 11: Drain on paper towels.
Step 12: Place on a plate.
Step 13: Cover with tomato mixture.
Step 14: Garnish with chopped lettuce, slivered radishes, chopped sweet onion and peeled, sliced avocado
