  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 6 tomatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup green peppers,chopped
  • 1/16 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken breast,minced
  • 3 tablespoons green olives,sliced
  • 1 tablespoons seedless raisins,minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 ounces corn tortillas
  • Garnish:
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1 avocado,chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions,sliced thinly
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat 3 tablespoons oil in saucepan.

  • Step 2: Add tomatoes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4: Combine chicken, raisins, olives in a bowl

  • Step 5: Mix well.

  • Step 6: Warm tortillas in microwave 30 seconds, until pliable

  • Step 7: Dip tortillas in beaten egg.

  • Step 8: Place about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture in center of each tortilla.

  • Step 9: Roll up and fasten with toothpick.

  • Step 10: Deep Fry flautas for 3 minutes.

  • Step 11: Drain on paper towels.

  • Step 12: Place on a plate.

  • Step 13: Cover with tomato mixture.

  • Step 14: Garnish with chopped lettuce, slivered radishes, chopped sweet onion and peeled, sliced avocado
