Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper,(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 ounce ham,(2 tablespoons ),minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion,minced
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese,shredded,(1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Break eggs into Bowl

  • Step 2: Add water, salt and black pepper

  • Step 3: Whisk lightly .

  • Step 4: Melt butter over medium heat in Pan. When butter starts to bubble, pour egg mixture into Pan.

  • Step 5: Carefully push cooked portions of egg towards the center, tilting so uncooked portions flow to open areas of Pan.

  • Step 6: When no visible liquid egg remains, sprinkle green pepper, ham, onion and cheese over half of omelet.

  • Step 7: Fold omelet in half and allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts
