Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 - 4 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup (*Or 2 cans if you don't have cream of celery)
  • 1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth Or Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley (*Optional)
  • --------------------
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 1 Can Refrigerator Biscuits cut into quarters (homestyle buttermilk biscuits seem to work best)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker.

  • Step 2: Cover, and cook for 4-5 hours on High.

  • Step 3: Shred chicken and place back in slow cooker. add vegetables and stir well.

  • Step 4: Add biscuit pieces on top, cover and cook about 30 minutes or until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
