  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients.

  • Step 2: Spray pam in iron skillet, add enough oil to coat bottom, and heat in 450-degree oven for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Bake about 20 minutes. (Check muffins at 10 minutes

  • Step 5: Brush top with additional melted butter, if desired.
