  • 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 can(12 ounces )evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place cabbage mix and onions in a shallow 4 quart buttered pam sprayed casserole.

  • Step 2: Pour the milk over

  • Step 3: Season

  • Step 4: And sprinkle with the breadcrumbs;

  • Step 5: Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

  • Step 6: Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • Step 7: Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown, and cabbage is tender.
