  • 6 ounces white mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons 2% cottage cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Clean the mushrooms and thickly slice them.

  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat

  • Step 3: Stir in the garlic and saute 1 minute

  • Step 4: Add mushrooms and fry until golden (apprx 6 minutes) medium heat

  • Step 5: Mix mustard and cottage cheese add to the pan and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is a rich brown (3 to 5 minutes)

  • Step 6: Ready to serve
