Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees .
Step 2: Put butter in skillet.
Step 3: Add onion and bell pepper and simmer on low until browned.
Step 4: Meanwhile (I might make this first) sift dry ingredients together for biscuits.
Step 5: Cut in shortening.
Step 6: Add milk.
Step 7: Roll out to 8" x 12"
Step 8: Sprinkle on cheese, then pimientos.
Step 9: Roll like a jelly roll.
Step 10: Meanwhile back to the sauce.
Step 11: Add flour and seasonings.
Step 12: Add tuna, milk and lemon juice.
Step 13: When thickened, pour into pie plate or casserole.
Step 14: Top with the rolls you've cut.
Step 15: Bake 30 minutes until browned.
