Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 1 can (7.5-ounce) chipotle en adobo peppers,to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add ½ can of chipotle en adobo peppers to a blender and process for 20-30 seconds. (Can add the rest of the seasonings)

  • Step 2: Set aside.

  • Step 3: Heat bacon grease in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Step 4: Once liquified, add onion and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 5: Add garlic, and cook for 45 seconds, stirring frequently.

  • Step 6: Add ground venison and cook for around 10 minutes, or until completely browned.

  • Step 7: Add cumin, paprika, processed chipotle en adobo peppers, red wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 8: Stir until well combine.

  • Step 9: Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
