Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds venison roast
  • 2 cups onions,sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Marinade:
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons green onion,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut venison into 1/2 ×2 inch strips

  • Step 2: Combine marinade into ziploc bag and add meat

  • Step 3: Let marinade for 2 hours

  • Step 4: Heat oil in wok

  • Step 5: Remove meat reserving marinade

  • Step 6: And add to hot oil

  • Step 7: Brown on all sides

  • Step 8: Cover simmer for 20 minutes

  • Step 9: Add onions and cook until crisp

  • Step 10: Add cornstarch to marinade bag and add to meat mixture

  • Step 11: Cook until thickened
