Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced (small onion)
  • 1/2 to 1 broccoli head (cut)
  • 150 grams chicken strips (cooked)
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce (MamaLan’s Pineapple Sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Rice (cooked, steamed)
  • Coriander, chopped
  • Red chilli slices
  • Sesame seeds, toasted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat up vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, stir fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes until soft.

  • Step 2: Add chicken, broccoli and stir for a few seconds. Then add water, cook for 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Add MamaLan’s Pineapple Sriracha and stir frequently to cook for a further 2 minutes until the sauce is no longer watery.

  • Step 4: Serve with steamed rice, coriander, red chilli and toasted sesame seeds.
