How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine Old English cheese and cream cheese until smooth and well blended.

  • Step 2: Add the onions, sauce and shredded cheese; combine mixture thoroughly.

  • Step 3: Using a spatula or your (clean) hands, shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Place ball on a plate or in a small bowl for about an hour in the refrigerator to firm it up.

  • Step 4: Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and reshape it up a bit more into a ball.

  • Step 5: Roll the cheese ball in a small dish of pecan chips or pat them on until ball is covered.
