Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup celery,chopped
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 package (4 ounces) dry chicken noodle soup
  • 7 ounces raw white rice ,1 cup
  • 1 can (4 ounes) mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown sausage

  • Step 2: Remove sausage.

  • Step 3: Into pan drippings

  • Step 4: Put chopped celery, onion and green pepper

  • Step 5: Cook until celery is tender.

  • Step 6: Set aside.(this is where I combined everything and let it simmer)

  • Step 7: Boil water; add soup mix and rice.

  • Step 8: Cook 7 minutes.

  • Step 9: Combine all ingredients.

  • Step 10: Place in large casserole.

  • Step 11: Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
