Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°.
Step 2: Wash the potatoes. Do not peel.
Step 3: Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Step 4: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing them together to mix well. Press the breadcrumbs to the potatoes so they adhere.
Step 5: Line a baking pan with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
Step 6: Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the baking pan. Press any loose breadcrumbs onto the potatoes. Bake at 425° for 24 minutes, or until crisp on the outside and tender inside. Enjoy!
