Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces figs (ripe and cut in half, this is 8 figs)
  • 6 ounces apricots (or plums, pitted and halved, this is 6 apricots or plums)
  • 1 pound nectarines (or peaches, pitted and quartered, this is 3 peaches)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 600 grams yogurt (Greek yogurt, strained, his is 2 cups)
  • Grapes, halved
  • Nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the stone fruits (figs - nectarines) in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and then add the orange juice and toss.

  • Step 2: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium high heat and then add the fruit, cooking for a minute or two on each side until charred and softened. Remove and set aside.

  • Step 3: Spoon yogurt into bowls and top with grilled fruit, grapes and nuts and then add a thick spoonful of honey.
