Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (16 ounce) pureed pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box (12 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • Whipped topping (Cool Whip)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

  • Step 2: In bowl mix together the first 6 ingredients (-salt) and then pour into the baking pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over all and then sprinkle with the pecans. Drizzle with the melted butter.

  • Step 3: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden and tests done. Let cool and serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
