Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 slices (4 ounces) bacon
  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 12 bowls (9 ounces) tortillas (mini soft flour tortilla taco bowls, I've only seen the Old El Paso brand before)
  • 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (3/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook bacon in a skillet until done and drain on a paper towel.

  • Step 2: In a skillet, brown the beef and onion until done. Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat. Stir in the Worcestershire, ketchup, and mayonnaise.

  • Step 4: Place the mini taco bowls on a baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Divide meat mixture evenly into the bowls and sprinkle with the cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake for just a couple minutes or until cheese melts.

  • Step 7: Remove from oven and top with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mustard (or whatever toppings you like).
