Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces rotisserie chicken (diced 2 cups, or leftover chicken)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ⅔ cup low-fat milk (reduced-fat milk, divided use)
  • 9 ounces Bisquick Baking Mix (2 cups)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F. Tear or cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl.

  • Step 2: Add frozen vegetables, soup, and 1 cup of the milk. Mix well. Spoon into an ungreased 8x8 baking dish.

  • Step 3: Combine Bisquick, remaining 2/3 cup milk, and cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into 9 biscuits, about 1 inch apart, on top of chicken mixture. Flatten dough (using back of spoon) to about 3/4-inch thick.

  • Step 4: Bake 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and chicken mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve.
