Step 1: In a food processor combine the first 3 ingredients (mayo - garlic) and process until smooth. Cut baguette lengthwise and spread with the dressing.
Step 2: Toss avocado slices with the lime juice, salt and pepper. Spread avocado slices on the bottom of the french bread and then layer the tomatoes over the avocado slices.
Step 3: Close sandwich and cut into 4 equal portions.
