  • 2 pounds cooked turkey breast,chopped,(3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery,chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cans( 20 ounces ) cream of mushroom soup,(10 ounces each)
  • 1 can (4 ounces) whole mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup pimentos,minced
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 8 ounces parmesan cheese,grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Cook spaghetti until al dente

  • Step 3: Drain

  • Step 4: Meanwhile saute raw vegetables until tender

  • Step 5: Add seasonings

  • Step 6: Add mushrooms,pimientos and broth

  • Step 7: Add Turkey

  • Step 8: Put a layer of spaghetti

  • Step 9: Then sauce repeat

  • Step 10: Top with cheese

  • Step 11: Bake until hot and bubbly at least 30 minutes
