Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups oats (rolled)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups shredded coconut (moist, not sure if it's sweetened or not. I believe, it's the sweetened version, but use your best judgement)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.

  • Step 2: Mix all ingredients until moistened and evenly distributed. Use a medium cookie scoop to mound over a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350-degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and set (keep an eye on it). Cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy. Store in an airtight container to keep moist.
