Step 2: Heat oil
Step 3: Mix spices with flour
Step 4: Dredge chops
Step 5: Brown
Step 6: Put chops in pam sprayed 9x13 casserole
Step 7: Mix sour cream soup and rest of dredging flour
Step 8: Rinse out soup can with water
Step 9: Mix
Step 10: Pour over chops
Step 11: Sprinkle dried herbs over top
Step 12: Cover bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes or fork tender
