Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dries dill weed
  • 1 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil over a medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add garlic and cook until light brown. Add spinach and cook until the spinach defrosts and water begins to boil.

  • Step 3: Add the dried dill, coriander, cilantro, black pepper, salt and lemon/lime juices. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: For more flavorful dish, reduce to lowest heat setting and simmer for 10 more minutes or longer.
