Step 1: Heat oil over a medium heat.
Step 2: Add garlic and cook until light brown. Add spinach and cook until the spinach defrosts and water begins to boil.
Step 3: Add the dried dill, coriander, cilantro, black pepper, salt and lemon/lime juices. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4: For more flavorful dish, reduce to lowest heat setting and simmer for 10 more minutes or longer.
