The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds bone in pork chops ,(6)
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lard, (butter)
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons gherkins,thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoons grainy mustard,to taste
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry seasoned pork chops until browned

  • Step 2: Take out

  • Step 3: Add more lard if needed

  • Step 4: Saute onions until translucent

  • Step 5: Add flour and mustard and cook a minute

  • Step 6: Deglaze pan with wine

  • Step 7: Add in broth stir add chops back in

  • Step 8: Simmer 30 minutes

  • Step 9: When tender

  • Step 10: Add gherkins and parsley 0
