Step 1: Whisk together the first 5 ingredients and set aside. Prepare a bowl of ice water in the sink.
Step 2: Bring 10 cups of water to boil in a large stockpot, and blanche beans until tender but STILL CRISP. Place beans into ice water. Drain and pat dry.
Step 3: Coat stockpot with cooking spray. Using high heat, cook beans until slightly blistered, about 2 minutes. Add sauce; continue stirring until beans are coated and sauce begins to evaporate. Serve immediately.
