Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces bacon,(8 slices)
  • 2 pounds chicken livers
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 16 ounces mushrooms,sliced
  • 1/3 teaspoons tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces sour cream,(said 1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry bacon until desired crispness

  • Step 2: Remove

  • Step 3: Meanwhile bread and season liver

  • Step 4: In hot bacon grease add onions and mushrooms

  • Step 5: Fry until just tender reve to bacon

  • Step 6: Add floured livers

  • Step 7: Cook until browned

  • Step 8: Add rest of flour to oil

  • Step 9: Brown

  • Step 10: Add milk and seasoning ,to taste

  • Step 11: Cook until thickened

  • Step 12: Add sour cream dont boil

  • Step 13: And mushrooms and onions

  • Step 14: Serve over noodles

  • Step 15: Sprinkle on paprika
