Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets , chopped,thawed and drained,(3 cups )
  • 1 package (2 1/2 ounces) thinly sliced deli ham
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl

  • Step 2: Combine the eggs, milk, ketchup, bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, onion powder,pepper and oregano.

  • Step 3: Mix beef in mixture and mix well.

  • Step 4: On a piece of heavy-duty foil, pat beef mixture into a 12x10-in. rectangle.

  • Step 5: Top with broccoli to within 1/2 inch of edges.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with salt and pepper seasoning,to taste

  • Step 7: Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese

  • Step 8: Top with ham.

  • Step 9: Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side and peeling foil away while rolling.

  • Step 10: Seal seam and ends.

  • Step 11: Place in a greased pam sprayed 13x9-in. baking dish.

  • Step 12: Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/4 hours or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°

  • Step 13: Drain.

  • Step 14: Sprinkle with rest of cheese.

  • Step 15: Bake 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted.

  • Step 16: Let rest tented for 5 minutes
