  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 16 ounces whole button mushrooms
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 tablespoons chives,minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil and margarine

  • Step 2: Add onions

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms

  • Step 4: When lightly browned add cauliflower

  • Step 5: And cook until caramelized about 8 minutes dont burn

  • Step 6: Add garlic cand add more if liked

  • Step 7: Add veggie stock and allow to sauce up

  • Step 8: Add herbs and seasoning to taste
