How to Make

  • Marinade

  • Step 1: In a plastic food storage bag, combine until equally distributed; barbecue sauce - hot sauce. Add pork chops and massage until they are all covered with the marinade on all sides. Place in refrigerator and let marinade between 4-6 hours or overnight.

  • Let's Cook the Chops

  • Step 2: Prepare outdoor grill with medium-hot coals or stove top grill pan. Brush pan or rack with oil. Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill 4 - 6-inches above coals or directly on grill pan, 8 - 9 minutes per side, until just barely pink in thickest part of chop, near bone. Be careful to keep a close eye so they don't go over and dry out.

  • Step 3: Remove pork chops from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Season with salt if necessary. Enjoy!
