Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Step 2: Combine the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and crushed red pepper. Stir to mix well.
Step 3: Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 4: Pour the sauce over the salmon.
Step 5: Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
Step 6: Sprinkle with sliced green onions to serve.
