  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 (24 ounces) salmon fillets (each fillet 6 ounce)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400° F.

  • Step 2: Combine the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and crushed red pepper. Stir to mix well.

  • Step 3: Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt.

  • Step 4: Pour the sauce over the salmon.

  • Step 5: Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with sliced green onions to serve.
