Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Set oven rack to lowest position. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Step 2: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add in the breasts and brown only the skin side in a skillet for about 3 minutes. Transfer to baking dish skin-side up.
Step 3: In a bowl combine the cream of mushroom soup with lemon juice, mushrooms, diced onion, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder mix well; spread evenly on chicken breasts.
Step 4: Bake uncovered for about 50-60 minutes or until cooked through
